Away Days Football Travel provides customized hand picked football trips for a carefree experience. But we understand that a certain amount of flexibility gives your the extra travel comfort. 

• The match ticket(s) and additional activities mentioned in the travel itinerary are included. If activities are not included they will be stated as ‘optional’. You are not obliged to participate these activities.
• Hotel nights are included within the mentioned travel duration. Breakfast is included as well. If you want to stay longer at the destination, we are happy to help you with an additional stay at any accommodation you prefer. Please share your preferences.
• In case of an one person booking a surcharge applies. The amount of the surcharge is mentioned in the travel itinerary.
• Tourist tax is included. In any case tourist tax is excluded, ask for. an invoice of your payment and share it with is. We will reimburse your. expenses. 
• Guidance by an Away Days Football Travel specialist is included, mostly in combination with a local host  to. provide you will all the necessary information, backgrounds and most important the best (football) experience possible. 
• If additional aspects are included like airport  transfer, local transportation, diner e.g. are included, it will be mentioned in your travel itinerary.

• Flights are not included unless mentioned otherwise. We want to provide our travelers with the possibility to choose the airport and flight of their liking.  Of course we can help you with finding the right flight or other travel option to the  booked destination. Budget flying is certainly an option. If we book the flight for you, we charge an addition € 15,- per person per flight.  
• Tip: always buy your tickets directly with the airliners. 
• If you book a flight, always check how much hand bagage is allowed on board  of the flight, especially with. budget airliners.  Regulations and surcharges change regularly, same as the allowed size of your hand luggage. 
• Consider a cancellation insurance on your flight ticket. They are usually not covered in your regular travel insurance. 

• Match tickets are always guaranteed, even is a match is postponed. Changes in the fixture schedule can have the consequence that a match is scheduled outside your traveling period. When it happens, we will discuss alternative options with you or change your traveling period so you will be able to attend the desired match. This is only possible if your trip has not started yet. 
• A travel and cancellation insurance are not included. Check the coverage of your insurance before you go on a trip, especially if you plan to take expensive equipment with you like a camera. 
• Check the coverage of your medical insurance in foreign countries before going on a trip. 
• Our Algemene Voorwaarden apply on all our offered football trips.
• A minimal deposit payment of € 50,- per person (€ 300,- per person for trips outside Europe) is mandatory for finishing your booking or reservation. After receiving the deposit payment, your booking or reservation is guaranteed. If we have more reservations than availability for a football trip, the booking date is decisive wether you will participate or not. If not, your reservation will apply for the next available trip to the desired destination.
