Legia Warsaw v Widzew Lodz

The fanatical supporters of Legia Warsaw are known for their passionate support of their beloved team. They travel all over Poland and Europe supporting the club.
Rivals Widzew Lodz are no different in this regard with some of the best fans in Poland: always putting on a show; always loud and proud.

In short, the Polish Classic is a top spectacle for any football fan who loves experiencing the best atmospheres European club football has to offer. The two largest and partly most successful clubs in the country compete with each other on all fronts, both on and off the field. Last season, only 3 points separated the two sides in the title race, with the capital city team celebrating glory.

We look forward to this seasons’ edition. Are you coming?

Warsaw

The Polish capital is a phoenix, always reborn from the flames of disaster. It’s been destroyed in several wars, but always lives to fight on and return stronger than ever. Nowadays, the Warsaw of the 21st century is hip and trendy, offering visitors a feast of cultural and culinary delights. The city centre was painstakingly rebuilt after the Second World War based on photos and architectural archives.

The New York Times described the Polish capital as being fashionable and full of modern character. Polish cuisine is one of the highlights of any visit here with a huge variety of high quality food in trendy and quirky restaurants. Meanwhile, anyone who dares venture off the beaten path will be rewarded with friendly authentic local bars and restaurants which will make you want to return to this city again and again.

The Polish Classic

After several good recent seasons, Legia is once again one of the most successful clubs in the country. Widzew Łódź is one of Legia’s great archrivals and this highly anticipated game is regarded by most Poles as the Polish Classic.
These two clubs excel in the stands, where unprecedented passion and the most beautiful atmospheric fan displays are a given. Images that invariably travel around the world via social media and in the press and media. This is much much more than 90 minutes of wonderful football madness.
